The offer

The PROVE IT Opportunity Report costs £14.99 total for one submitted business idea, product idea or problem. This is a one-off purchase. £14.99 total price. Any applicable taxes are included in the amount shown at checkout.

Your written report is delivered by email and includes: market/problem check, competitor check, likely customer, strengths, weaknesses, commercial risks, rough pricing potential, a GO / RETHINK / STOP verdict, and recommended next steps.

The report is an early assessment based on your brief and information available at the time. It is not a full business plan, professional financial or legal advice, a patent search or a guarantee of sales, profit, investment or success. Pricing potential is an estimate with assumptions, not a revenue forecast. A GO verdict means an idea is worth testing further.

Service providers

We use WordPress / Automattic for website hosting and the platform; Stripe / Onelink for checkout, payment processing and applicable tax handling; and Google Gmail for customer support and report delivery. OpenAI / ChatGPT may be used for research and report preparation, with human review. See our privacy notice for details.

Ordering and delivery

Submit one idea with a working email address and sufficient detail. Payment is made separately through hosted checkout. Submitting a brief does not itself take payment. Keep your receipt and use the same email for the brief and payment.

The order is accepted when we confirm payment and the complete brief by email. We will email a copy of the applicable terms and your early-start request with the confirmation. Delivery is within 48 hours of payment and receipt of a complete brief. If essential details are missing, we will request them and explain when the 48-hour delivery window begins. If we cannot take on your idea, we will tell you and refund any payment.

Check your spam folder and contact support if your report has not arrived by the stated deadline. If we miss the agreed 48-hour deadline, you may cancel the undelivered report for a full refund.

Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us by email or post at the details above; you may use the model cancellation form below, but do not have to.

To deliver within 48 hours, the order form asks you expressly to request that we start the service during that cancellation period and to acknowledge that your cancellation right ends after the service has been fully performed. This box is not pre-ticked. If you do not want an early start, contact us before ordering to arrange a later start.

Cancel before work begins and receive a full refund. If you expressly requested an early start and cancel after work begins but before completion, we may deduct a reasonable amount proportionate to the work supplied up to cancellation and refund the rest. Once the service is fully performed following that request and acknowledgement, the change-of-mind cancellation right ends. This does not remove rights relating to a service that is faulty or not supplied as agreed.

Any refund due following cancellation will be made within 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

A RETHINK or STOP verdict is a possible outcome of the service and does not alone mean the report is defective. If a report is missing an agreed section, contains a material error or has another quality problem, contact us with details. We will investigate and provide any correction, repeat performance or price reduction/refund required by your statutory rights.

Your information and permitted use

You retain ownership of your idea and give us permission to use the information you submit to prepare and deliver the report. Do not send material you are not entitled to share, sensitive personal information or confidential information requiring an NDA. The privacy notice explains how information is handled. You may use the report for your own planning and share it with advisers.

Responsibility and complaints

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. You remain responsible for your decisions and for verifying assumptions before committing money. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excludes your statutory consumer rights. Contact us first if you have a complaint so we can investigate.
